Prime Time in Ottawa is one of Canada’s largest networking events for the film, TV and digital industries. Taking place on February 1-3, 2017, Prime Time in Ottawa will be hosted by the Canadian Media Producers Association. This year’s event is said to feature around 600 of Canada’s most prominent leaders in the media industry and will explore a myriad of issues such as finding audiences, potential new platforms, and how to access financing.
Prime Time 2017’s schedule is packed with networking benefits. Each day, attendees have the opportunity to meet with individual industry experts at the “Breakfast With” initiative, one of those most sought after networking experiences within the media industry. The afternoons provide a range of well-established speakers. “We are delighted and encouraged with the level of support and interest we have received about this year’s Prime Time edition,” states Marguerite Pigott, VP of Outreach & Strategic Initiatives, CMPA.
