On this page, you will find templates for the reports that must be submitted along with the deliverables listed in your Financing Agreement when you close a Project/Slate.
Be sure to review the Financing Agreement to determine the specific templates which apply to you Project/Slate, as reports may change based on year of funding. All delivrables associated with the Financing Agreement must be submitted via the Bell Fund Online Portal.

Slate Development
There are two sets of reporting templates depending on the year that a Slate received funding. Below are two separate zip files for downloading, Each file contains the applicable required reporting templates. Be sure to select the folder that applies to the year of your funding agreement.

We will also accept industry standard cost reports that do not use the template below provided that they match the approved budget and must reflect the requirements detailed in the Program Policies.
