TV Development Digital Pilot

The TV Development Digital Pilot Program is a pilot program of the Bell Fund for 2012 – 2013 with the objective to enhance the development of potential new television programming by supporting the production of “pilot” content produced for online testing. The Bell Fund will allocate approximately $1M for this program.  The Board of Directors may at its discretion renew it for successive periods.  The success of the program will be measured by the number of projects developed and tested by online audiences that are eventually produced for television broadcast.

Deadlines: October 1, 2012, February 1, 2013, May 1, 2013 and October 1, 2013

Required documents for application:

1. Complete Application Form, in *.DOC format
2. Complete Production Budget and Financing Structure for the Digital Pilot Content
3. Complete Production and Release Schedule
4. Fully executed Development / Licence Agreement (s) between the Broadcaster and Producer
